Energy Management
Only those who keep a close eye on their energy consumption can recognize the potential for savings and control optimal use. To do this, a large number of measuring points must be recorded and evaluated with detailed data analyses. The E10A from tci was developed for this purpose.

Air Conditioning
PolyKlima produces climate cabinets and uses the C120 in the front of the control cabinet for setting and monitoring. In addition to temperature, parameters such as light intensity, humidity and gas saturation are monitored and controlled.

Marine Technology
With a displacement of up to 900,000 tons, the ships lay pipelines or are used to dismantle oil and gas platforms. Panel PCs from the A15 series ensure that operating statuses are reliably recorded, displayed and forwarded to higher-level systems.

Production Metrology
The customer's quality assurance was converted from manual measurements to an automated solution. A fully enclosed panel PC with high computing power and robust industrial quality was required. As the housing color of the K series from tci could be selected - with an individual company logo printed on top - the decision was made in favor of a K16 PC.

Hygiene Area
Our customer's sterilizers are fully automatic and can be used from 50 liters to 15,000 liters (5 pallets). Once the sterilization process is complete, the fully automatic machines can put the aseptic parts into circulation immediately. Among other things, they meet all the requirements of the current DIN ISO EN 1422 standard, which is why the easy-to-clean A15-PC was ultimately chosen.

Visitor Terminal
The Mathematikum in Giessen is visited by around 150,000 people every year. The principle is “hands-on mathematics”, and the visitors do just that: they not only touch the more than 180 experiments, but also handle them in an extremely robust manner. The ambiento PC and all building systems from tci are designed to do just that.

Machine Technology
Some machines run for 10 years and longer. The control technology must therefore also be designed for the longest possible service life and be easy to repair. Shocks, vibrations and other external influences have no influence on the function of the A-series.

Steel Mill
In a huge loading hall, steel coils and pipes are loaded onto goods wagons by several gantry cranes. In these gantry cranes, the T15-VGAs are used on support arm systems as operator terminals.
The crane operators confirm the loading process on the touch systems. Data is exchanged throughout the entire hall via WLAN. A box PC was therefore installed on each loading crane as a remote solution with the T15-VGA.

Medical Technology
The Department of Medical Information Technology (MIT) was looking for a hardware solution for intensive care and anesthesia documentation as part of the Care Vue (intensive care and anesthesia documentation) project. The products of the IPC manufacturer tci from Heuchelheim/Giessen have already proven themselves in many environments.

Hotel and Gastronomy
Our customer has installed a G-series system in the service area of the Hotel Adlerhof. Employees can use the central panel to digitally control the hotel's technical infrastructure. The panel was installed in the control cabinet behind the counter and is mainly used for the EIB interface and visualization of the IP camera.
